About the role

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and inspiring Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant and diverse community school in Ealing.

This permanent, full-time opportunity would suit an experienced Early Years teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to begin or develop their teaching career in a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about early education and able to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence and a strong foundation for future learning.

• Supports children with additional needs and promotes equality and inclusion.
• Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and classroom-management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based Early Years learning experiences.
• Support children’s communication, language, physical, personal, social and emotional development.
• Create an inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Assess and record children’s progress in line with Early Years requirements.
• Adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs, including additional needs.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life and development of the school.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents and external professionals where appropriate.
