A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Teacher to join an amazing primary school in Brent. This role is offered on a 1-year contract with genuine scope to continue beyond the initial term, and is paying a highly competitive day rate up to UPS3.

This welcoming and inclusive primary school is looking for a passionate Early Years practitioner who can inspire, nurture and engage young learners at the very start of their educational journey. The role

  • Full-time Nursery Teacher position.
  • Based in Brent.
  • 1-year contract with scope to go longer.
  • Competitive day rate up to UPS3.
  • Responsible for delivering engaging, play-based and child-centred learning.
  • Working closely with the Early Years team and wider school community.

The ideal candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Has experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years.
  • Is creative, caring and passionate about supporting young children.
  • Understands the importance of phonics, early language development and social skills.
  • Can create a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
