Your Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children’s learning and development at every stage. You will work closely with your team to create a safe, engaging environment and build strong, trusting relationships with families.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, you will need:

• A minimum Level 3 UK-recognised Early Years qualification
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Good knowledge of safeguarding practices
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education
