Your Role

As Nursery Room Leader, you will:

• Lead a nursery room delivering engaging EYFS-based learning
• Support, inspire, and develop your team
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Maintain exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous Room Leader experience
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
• Passionate, nurturing leadership skills
