KS2 Teacher – Full Time, Permanent
Location: Newham, East London
Start Date: September 2026

A high-achieving and well-regarded primary school in the London Borough of Newham is seeking to appoint a motivated and skilled KS2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role

  • Full-time class teacher within Key Stage 2 (Year 3–6, year group flexible based on experience)
  • Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Preparing pupils effectively for end-of-key-stage assessments
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress to drive attainment
  • Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has experience teaching within KS2
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths
  • Has a proven ability (or strong potential) to raise attainment
  • Is committed, organised, and reflective in their practice
  • Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply and will be supported through a structured induction programme.
