A vibrant and inclusive academy in Hertfordshire is looking to appoint a dedicated and creative Music Teacher to join their team from September. This permanent Music Teacher position offers the chance to work in a supportive, forward-thinking school community.

The Role

As a Music Teacher, you will:

  • Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
  • Deliver engaging lessons combining practical performance and music theory
  • Encourage students to take part in music both in and outside the classroom
  • Lead and support extracurricular activities such as choirs, bands, and ensembles
  • Contribute to concerts, productions, and wider school events as a Music Teacher

The successful Music Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Music
  • The ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities
  • Experience delivering practical, performance-led Music lessons
  • A commitment to enriching school life through extracurricular music
