Our Business School offers a range of vocational and professional programmes from Level 1 to Level 5 with Pearson as the awarding body, and professional certificates such as the CIPD, AAT (both full time programmes and Apprenticeships) and CMI. Working in collaboration with local and national employers, we successfully prepare learners for a wide range of careers and/or higher education, meeting the latest industry standards.
As a Lecturer in Business – Accounting and Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across professional and vocational programmes (Levels 2–5). You will support learners in both classroom and workplace settings, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required for successful careers or further study. You will join a dynamic and supportive team committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and employer engagement.

With many training and development opportunities and scope for promotion within the College, you will be embarking on a varied and rewarding career. We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including fully funding the Diploma in Education and Training qualification, which is undertaken at the College.
We are seeking a full time Lecturer to join our team, to teach across business, finance, and accounting from Level 2 to Level 5, including AAT full time programmes, AAT Apprenticeships and vocational Business programmes.

We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including supporting you to obtain the Level 5 teacher training qualification if you do not already possess a full teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
