About the role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the setting and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. In this Nursery Manager position, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery as Nursery Manager
  • Leading, supporting, and developing a dedicated team of early years staff
  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care, and learning
  • Acting as Nursery Manager to build strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Driving occupancy, performance, and continuous improvement across the nursery
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and framework requirements

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this Nursery Manager role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Nursery Manager ready to progress
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted requirements
  • A proactive and inspiring approach as a Nursery Manager
