About the role

• Lead and manage the Business (Finance & Management) curriculum area
• Deliver high-quality teaching for up to 16 hours per week
• Support and develop teaching staff to ensure outstanding delivery
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to drive achievement
• Contribute to curriculum planning, innovation, and quality improvement
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external frameworks

Who we are looking for

• Fully qualified teacher or lecturer (essential)
• Proven experience teaching Business, Finance, or Management
• Experience in a leadership or management role within education
• Strong understanding of FE curriculum and quality standards
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality education and student outcomes
