An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Barnet is seeking a caring and motivated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant nursery team. This is an immediate start position with flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours.

The Role

As a valued member of the Early Years team, you will:

  • Support the Nursery Teacher in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children’s curiosity and independence
  • Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Help create a stimulating classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners

About You

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Passionate about supporting young children’s development through play and exploration
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player
