Nursery Assistant – Bexley

Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them explore, play, and learn? Our new private nursery in Bexley is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join the team. This full-time, permanent role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to make a real difference in children’s early years.

About the role

• Support children aged 0–5 with daily activities, play, and learning experiences
• Assist the Early Years Practitioners in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
• Help with routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, and personal care
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play
• Support observations, assessments, and record-keeping of children’s progress
• Keep the nursery environment tidy, organised, and stimulating
• Work as part of a team to promote children’s wellbeing and safety
