Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Private Nursery Onsite at Mainstream Primary School

A brand-new private nursery is opening onsite at a mainstream primary school in Bexley, South-East London, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join our first team. This full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026 is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills and expertise to a brand-new setting and help shape the early years provision from the very beginning.

About the role

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS learning experiences for children aged 0–5
  • Support children’s development across all areas, including social, emotional, and cognitive skills
  • Assist with daily routines, planning, and assessment under the nursery leadership team
  • Build strong relationships with children and parents to support wellbeing and learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment

Who we are looking for

  • Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP)
  • Proven nursery experience in a Level 3 role
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities
  • Patient, proactive, and committed to children’s learning and wellbeing
