Teaching Assistant – Permanent Role
Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
Salary: £21,512 – £22,164 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a patient, caring and motivated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Our partner academy in Bushey is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a permanent basis.

In this varied role, you’ll work closely with students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing 1:1 support and assisting with small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential. The school offers a nurturing, inclusive environment where teamwork, creativity and respect are at the heart of everything they do.

About you:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people is desirable (school-based experience is a bonus)
