How You’ll Make a Difference

As an experienced Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the setting, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and support your team, promoting a positive, professional culture and maintaining high standards of staff development and performance
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and external agencies, supporting each child’s development and wellbeing
  • Ensure the nursery is always prepared for inspections and compliant with all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or senior leadership in an early years setting
  • Level 3 UK-recognised Early Years qualification (minimum)
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to obtain within 2 years of starting
