How You’ll Make a Difference

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support each child’s unique needs, fostering curiosity and confidence
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive, playful environment
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through clear communication

What You Need

• Minimum Level 2 UK-recognised Early Years qualification
• Proven previous EYFS Practitioner experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
• Passion for delivering high-quality early years care and education
