How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support and guide your team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring individual needs are met and learning is supported

What You Need

• Level 3 UK-recognised Early Years qualification (minimum)
• Proven Nursery Room Leader experience
• Excellent understanding of EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
• Leadership experience desirable
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education
