About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality nursery
• Inspire and develop a dedicated team of Early Years practitioners
• Ensure outstanding standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community
• Drive occupancy, performance, and continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

• An experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
• Level 3 qualified (minimum) in Early Years
• Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education
• A confident leader with excellent organisational skills
• Knowledgeable in EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
