BTEC Assignment Marker/Lecturer (Travel and Tourism)

Full-time, Temporary – likely until the end of the summer term

We are seeking an experienced BTEC Assignment Marker/Lecturer to join our team on a temporary full-time basis, supporting the marking and assessment of BTEC assignments—with a particular focus on the Travel and Tourism curriculum area.

You will work closely with our curriculum team to ensure all learner assignments are marked accurately, consistently, and in line with BTEC specifications. The role involves providing clear, constructive feedback and contributing to the internal verification process where required.

About You

We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in marking BTEC assignments.
  • Ideally, a background in Travel and Tourism, through teaching or industry experience.
  • Alternatively, significant BTEC teaching experience in a related subject area.
  • A solid understanding of BTEC assessment criteria and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet assessment deadlines.
