Trainee F-Gas Trainer – No Teaching Experience Needed
Location: Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced refrigeration or air-conditioning engineer who enjoys sharing your know-how with others? Would you like to take the next step in your career and move into teaching and training?
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional who’s ready to train as an F-Gas Trainer. You’ll bring your hands-on experience from the trade and we’ll support you with everything else – including gaining the qualifications you need to become a fully qualified trainer.
The Role
As a Trainee F-Gas Trainer, you’ll learn how to deliver practical training sessions in refrigerant handling, air-conditioning, and F-Gas systems. Working alongside experienced trainers, you’ll gradually take on responsibility for guiding learners through their qualifications – helping them develop the skills and confidence to succeed in the industry.
