Clarus Education is delighted to partner with a forward-thinking and supportive primary school in Bromley to recruit an experienced Reception / EYFS Teacher. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in April 2026, offering the opportunity to lead a vibrant and nurturing Early Years classroom.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Early Years practitioner who can deliver high-quality teaching and create an engaging learning environment that supports children at the beginning of their school journey.

Please note: This role is not open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs).Role Overview

• Lead a Reception / EYFS class in a full-time, permanent capacity
• Plan and deliver creative, hands-on learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Track and assess progress to ensure strong outcomes for all pupils
• Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and families to support holistic learning

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified with QTS and proven experience in EYFS / Reception
• Strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy and child development
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Approachable, nurturing, and reflective practitioner
• Passionate about helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
