Start Date: April 2026
Contract: Long-term until July 2026 (with potential for continuation)
Location: Brent, North West London
Salary: £100–£110 per day (depending on experience)

An inclusive and welcoming Primary School in Brent is opening a brand-new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) this April – and we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), especially supporting pupils with autism, speech and language needs, or social and emotional challenges. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking school community committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

The Role:

  • Working closely with teachers and the SENCo to help establish and run the new ARP.
  • Providing tailored support for pupils with EHCPs.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

The School Is Looking For:

  • Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants (ideally with primary school experience).
  • Someone confident supporting children with a range of additional needs.
  • A dedicated individual ready to commit from April through to July 2026 (with the view to extend).
  • Team players who bring positivity, patience, and a genuine passion for SEND education.

Why Join?

  • Be part of an exciting, growing provision with real opportunity to make a difference.
  • Supportive leadership and excellent professional development opportunities.
  • Warm, friendly staff and pupils who love to learn.

If you have experienced SEND staff available from April who are committed to making a lasting impact, we’d love to meet them. Apply today to find out more and arrange an interview.
