Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £38,000 - £41,500

A respected training provider in St Ives is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic plumber to join their team as a Plumbing Tutor. You don’t need teaching experience — just a solid background in the trade, a Level 3 Plumbing qualification, and a passion for helping others develop their skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality training across plumbing qualifications (Levels 1–3)
  • Using your real-world experience to guide and mentor learners
  • Running practical sessions, demonstrations, and assessments
  • Helping learners build confidence, competence, and industry awareness
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and professionalism in all sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Strong work experience in domestic or commercial plumbing
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, patient approach to explaining practical skills
  • No teaching qualification required — full training and support provided
