Clarus Education is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary setting in Brent. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing high-quality support within a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role – Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children within Nursery and/or Reception
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s communication, social and emotional development
• Assist with phonics, early literacy and early numeracy interventions
• Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team
• Support classroom routines and behaviour expectations
• Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements

The successful Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a Level 3 Childcare/EYFS qualification (essential)
• Have experience working within an Early Years setting
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Be patient, nurturing and proactive
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Be available to start ASAP
