Class Teacher – Primary (KS1 & KS2)

Full-Time | MPS/UPS | Permanent | Start Date: September 2026

Clarus Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Bexleyheath on a full-time, permanent basis, starting September 2026. This role is available on MPS/UPS, with sponsorship not offered and visa support unavailable.

This position would suit a passionate classroom practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and who can help every pupil thrive academically, socially, and personally.

The Role – Class Teacher

As a Class Teacher, you will:
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum
• Establish a positive classroom culture with high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and accelerate pupil progress
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its ethos of excellence every day
• Participate in collaborative planning and professional development

About You

The successful candidate will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have at least two years’ experience teaching in a school environment (or early career/voluntary experience for ECTs)
• Be emotionally intelligent with strong communication and organisational skills
• Be adaptable, professional and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Be able to provide evidence of previous work experience and suitable references
