Part-Time Music Teacher – Brent (Mondays to Wednesdays)

Location: Brent, North West London
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London) – Dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are supporting a popular and inclusive Academy in Brent seeking a talented and passionate Music Teacher to join their creative team on a part-time basis. The role will run Monday to Wednesday, teaching across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to the Academy’s vibrant extra-curricular music programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Develop pupils’ performance, composition, and appreciation skills
  • Support school concerts, productions, and enrichment activities
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students’ confidence and creativity

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) – essential
  • Relevant degree in Music or a related discipline
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for music education
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
