Early Years Practitioner
Location: Brent, North West London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (with the potential to become permanent)
Pay: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A welcoming Academy in Brent is looking for a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception, helping them thrive through creative and engaging learning.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS
- Deliver engaging, play-based activities
- Provide individual and group support to children
- Foster a happy, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
You Will Need:
- A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, Diploma)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
