EYFS Teaching Assistant – Brent – Level 3 Qualified

 

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant seeking your next opportunity within a supportive and inclusive primary school setting?

We are working with a thriving Academy in the borough of Brent who are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team ASAP or from April 2026.

Role Overview

  • Support teaching and learning across the EYFS – Nursery and/or Reception
  • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Provide targeted support to individual pupils to help them meet developmental milestones
  • Contribute to creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold a full Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, Diploma in Childcare)
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education

Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential to go permanent)
