Are you a fully qualified Level 3 Plumber or Gas Engineer ready to use your skills to inspire the next generation of tradespeople? This is an exciting opportunity to step into the education sector as a Plumbing Trainer / Assessor with a leading training provider in the Cambridge area.

You don’t need prior teaching experience – just a strong technical background, a passion for your trade, and the drive to help others succeed. Full training and support will be provided to help you gain the relevant teaching and assessing qualifications.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions to plumbing apprentices and adult learners.
• Assess learners’ skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality progress.
• Maintain accurate learner records and support students’ growth and achievement.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent training experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified Level 3 Plumber / Gas Engineer.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Passionate about sharing industry knowledge with others.
• Organised, approachable, and committed to high standards.
