This welcoming primary school in Bexley is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher / Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role:

• Lead teaching and learning across the EYFS phase, ensuring all pupils make excellent progress.
• Oversee daily operations within the Early Years setting, including planning, assessment, and team development.
• Work closely with SLT to shape an engaging, child-centered curriculum that supports holistic development.
• Model and promote outstanding classroom practice, inspiring colleagues across the EYFS phase.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 2 years’ experience in an EYFS setting.
• Proven track record of outstanding classroom teaching and pupil outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early learning pedagogy.
• Committed, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.
