Clarus Education is delighted to be supporting a thriving primary school in Bexleyheath with the recruitment of a dedicated and inspiring EYFS Teacher & Leader to join their supportive and forward-thinking team from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate early years professional ready to take on a leadership responsibility within a busy and dynamic school.

The Role

As EYFS Teacher & Leader, you will:

  • Teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage with energy, creativity and high expectations
  • Lead on key aspects of the EYFS provision, developing high-quality learning experiences and environments
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to review and strengthen curriculum intent, implementation and impact
  • Monitor and track children’s progress effectively, using assessment to inform planning and next steps
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to maximise outcomes for all children
  • Contribute to the wider ethos, culture and community engagement of the school

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and benefit from excellent professional development opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate must be an experienced and qualified EYFS Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

In addition, you will:

  • Have substantial experience teaching within EYFS
  • Demonstrate consistently strong classroom practice
  • Show the ability to lead, inspire and support colleagues
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be passionate about evidence-informed practice and continuous improvement
  • Be fully committed to inclusion, wellbeing and high standards for every child
