An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Early Years Lead to join a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the London borough of Bexley. This is a full-time, permanent position available to start ASAP.

The Early Years provision is well-resourced and plays a vital role in the school’s success, making this a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced EYFS Lead ready to drive standards and further develop the provision.
The successful Early Years Lead will:
· Lead and manage the EYFS phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
· Have a proven track record as an EYFS Lead within a primary school setting
· Drive curriculum development in line with the EYFS Framework
· Monitor assessment, progress, and attainment to ensure excellent outcomes
· Support and develop staff through coaching and strong leadership
· Maintain high expectations for behaviour, safeguarding, and achievement
