Clarus Education is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a busy nursery and early years team in Lewisham. This long-term, part-time role is available immediately or after half term and is perfect for a professional with experience in a similar Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role.

In this role, as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

· Support children in Nursery and Reception in their learning and development
· Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
· Promote children’s social, emotional, and communication development
· Assist with personal care, routines, and classroom support
· Work collaboratively with other staff to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
· Monitor, record, and contribute to reports on children’s progress as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

The ideal candidate:

· Holds a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Childcare qualification
· Experience in a similar Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, ideally in Nursery or Reception
· Confident in planning and delivering activities that support children’s learning and development
· Skilled in personal care, classroom support, and engaging children effectively
· Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
· Committed to supporting children’s growth and learning as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
· Available to start immediately or after half term
