April Start | Temp-Perm | Full-Time

Clarus Education is working closely with a Secondary Academy in Barking and Dagenham to appoint a skilled and motivated English Teacher for a long-term, full-time position starting April 2026.

This role would suit either an experienced English Teacher or an ECT, who is confident delivering English across the secondary curriculum and is seeking stability within an academy setting.

About the Role:

  • Full-time English Teacher role within a secondary academy
  • Delivering English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
  • Full responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment

About You:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT

  • Able to provide references covering the last 5 years
