A leading college in Cambridge is seeking an organised and proactive Apprenticeship Advisor to join their Apprenticeships team on a temporary basis. This position offers flexible daytime hours and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, student-focused environment.

The Role

You’ll provide high-quality administrative and advisory support to ensure the smooth running of the college’s apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with staff, employers, and learners, you will:

  • Support the administration and coordination of apprenticeship programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with funding and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with employers and learners to support enrolment, progress monitoring, and completion.
  • Assist in preparing reports and ensuring key deadlines are met.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative experience, ideally gained in a busy educational or training environment.
  • Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Can multitask effectively and work independently within a structured framework.
  • Brings a proactive, professional attitude and a genuine interest in supporting learners’ career development.
