Are you an experienced and compassionate primary teacher who thrives on making a real difference to children with additional needs?
Our partner Academy in Bexley is seeking a KS1/KS2 Specialist Resource Provision Teacher to join their dedicated team, teaching a small class of 6–8 pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH needs.

The Role:

• Teach and nurture a small group of KS1/KS2 pupils within the school’s specialist provision.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and emotional needs.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture where every child is truly valued.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching primary-aged pupils.
• A strong understanding of SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• A creative, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching and behaviour management.
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and whole-child development.
