Learning Support Mentor – Care, Health & Early Years
Location: Huntingdon
Contract: Temporary – 13 weeks
Hours: 1 day per week (Thursday, 7.5 hours)
Start date: ASAP

Are you passionate about supporting learners to achieve their best? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Mentor to join our Care, Health and Early Years team.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside tutors to provide one-to-one and small group learning support, helping students develop confidence, independence, and the skills to succeed in their studies.

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people and adults in education
  • A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in an educational or support setting is desirable but not essential

This temporary position runs for 13 weeks, working one day per week (Thursday). It’s a great opportunity to make a real difference to learners while gaining experience within a supportive and professional college environment.
