They are now seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP!

Nursery Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

•         Make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development.

•         The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

•         Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements and fostering positive partnerships.

•         The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning.

Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements:

•         Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.

•         Level 3 qualification.

•         Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being.

•         A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
