As an EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Early Years Practitioner), you will play a vital role in supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during these crucial early years.

Key Responsibilities

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Early Years Practitioner), you will:

·         Support learning through play-based and child-led activities in line with the EYFS framework

·         Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging activities

·         Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and language development

·         Observe, assess, and contribute to recording children’s progress

·         Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements

To be considered for the EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Early Years Practitioner) role, you must:

·         Hold a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)

·         Have experience working in a nursery setting, particularly with preschool-aged children

·         Demonstrate a warm, patient, and child-centred approach

·         Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
