Professional Practice Officer (Early Years)
Location:  Walsall
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Temporary (up to 2 months initially)
Start Date: ASAP (subject to pre-employment checks)

Are you an experienced Early Years professional with a passion for supporting the next generation of practitioners? We are seeking a Professional Practice Officer (Early Years) to join their team on a temporary basis to provide vital support to T Level students.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Early Years T Level students with the practical elements of their qualification.
  • Liaise with placement providers and assess the quality of student experiences.
  • Ensure students apply theory to practice effectively and meet relevant professional standards.
  • Assist with monitoring student progress and provide constructive feedback.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong background in Early Years education and practical experience within the sector. You should hold relevant Early Years qualifications and have confidence supporting learners, ideally within a further education or training environment.
