Clarus Education is proud to be working with a high-performing three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Bexley to recruit a passionate and skilled KS1 Specialist Teacher for a permanent position starting ASAP.

The Role:

• Full-time permanent KS1 teaching position
• Teaching within a collaborative three-form entry structure
• Delivering engaging, inclusive, and well-sequenced lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Working closely with parallel class teachers, support staff, and subject leaders
• Creating a nurturing classroom environment that supports both academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• A KS1 specialist with strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum
• Confident in delivering high-quality phonics, early reading, writing, and maths provision
• Committed to high expectations, inclusive practice, and pupil progress
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
