What skills and experience we're looking for
· Be experienced in, or can demonstrate a desire to teach in EYFS or KS1.This includes a focus on natural resources and creating a beautiful yet purposeful environment, as well as having a focus on clear educational practice and outcomes.
· Have a clear vision for the Early Years/KS1 provision and demonstrate a plan and drive to see developments through to completion.
· Be a creative teacher who motivates and inspires children to learn through innovative and creative learning opportunities.
· Have high expectations for standards of achievement and behaviour.
· Be able to work collaboratively and be a strong and supportive team player.
· Be an excellent communicator, committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and local governing committee.
· Promote our Christian ethos, vision and values.
