JOB DESCRIPTION – Primary Teaching Assistant

·       Primary Teaching Assistant

·       Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis

·       Working alongside a fantastic team of teachers & support staff

·       Working hours 8am – 5pm

·       Full time and long term contract

·       £100 per day

·       Located in the Borough of Ealing

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Primary Teaching Assistant

·       Must have a Degree from a reputable University

·       Strong academics across the board – Degree, A levels and GCSEs

·       Experience in a previous role would be ideal

·       Proactive, reflective and committed

·       Passionate about the potential of every pupil

·       Able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, pupils and parents

·       Motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence

·       Must be able to use your own initiative – in & out of the classroom

·       You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team
