We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Part-time Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a long-term position, working Wednesday to Friday, with the potential for a permanent role from September 2026.

This role is suitable for experienced teachers, supply teachers seeking a longer-term placement, and ECTs who have experience covering classes following completion of their teacher training. The successful candidate will demonstrate high expectations for all pupils and a strong commitment to inclusive practice.

The role

The Part-time Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, assessing pupil progress, and contributing positively to the wider life of the school. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning and high standards across the phase.

The successful candidate will:

·         Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

·         Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 desirable)

·         Demonstrate good classroom and behaviour management

·         Be reflective, organised, and committed to professional development

·         Be able to work effectively as part of a team
