A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a dedicated Part-time Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis, starting ASAP and continuing until at least the end of the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Part-time Year 3 Teacher, a supply teacher looking for stability, or an ECT with experience covering classes post-training. There is the potential for a permanent role from September 2026 for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Part-time Year 3 Teacher, you will work Wednesday to Friday, taking responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessing learning in a vibrant Year 3 class. You will work closely with phase partners and senior leaders to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

·         We welcome applications from anyone who can demonstrate the skills and commitment required of a Part-time Year 3 Teacher, including:

·         Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

·         Experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3, is desirable

·         Confident classroom and behaviour management

·         A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach

·         Supply teachers and ECTs with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply
