1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism & Global Delay

 

A highly supportive and community focused Bexley Primary School are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support two Year 5 students 1:1.

 

This role will involve working with a child who has Autism and is working behind age related expectations. Both children are kind, lovely and extremely well behaved but just need that extra bit of support.

 

The ideal candidate is someone with prior experience with SEN and has worked with Primary aged children before. Perfect for Aspiring Psychologists or Social Care Workers!

 

The school are very supportive and caring towards their staff so you will be able to have training and guidance from the SLT and SENCO. They have good experience working with a range of SEN needs and are well equipped provide the right tools for education.

ROLE:

·         1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Year 5

·         Supporting Autism and Global Delay

·         5 days per week, 8:30am – 4:00pm, Term Time Only

·         ASAP start

·         £95 - £120 per day

·         Working alongside the SENCO, Speech & Language Therapists, and other professionals

·         In depth training programme and induction provided

 

CANDIDATE:

·         Graduate preferred but not essential

·         Minimum 1yr experience with primary aged children or SEN needs

·         Hands on approach with a caring personality

·         Ideal for aspiring Psychologists!
