Our SEN School is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist provision on a permanent basis from January 2026. The successful SEN Teacher will deliver engaging, well-scaffolded lessons tailored to individual needs, ensuring pupils make meaningful progress. You will contribute to the development of personalised learning plans, support positive behaviour strategies and work closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide consistent, high-quality provision.
We are looking for an SEN Teacher who:
· Has substantial experience teaching pupils with SEND
· Demonstrates strong classroom practice and adaptive teaching strategies
· Can build trusting relationships with pupils who may be disengaged from learning
· Is reflective, resilient and committed to inclusive education
