· Being a consistent, calm, and positive presence for children who need structured, reliable support.
What You Bring

· Practical understanding of behaviour support strategies, de-escalation techniques, and emotional regulation.
· A steady, patient, and nurturing manner.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· A genuine commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
· Experience in ABA therapy or structured behavioural programmes is highly valued.
What We Offer
· Starting salary of £25,000+, depending on experience.
