Are you an experienced School Administrator ready to hit the ground running?
A vibrant and welcoming school in Southwark is seeking a skilled School Administrator to join their office team on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role

As the School Administrator, you’ll play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. This is a busy and varied role, requiring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing school reception and being the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Handling attendance records, pupil data, and parent communications.
  • Supporting with admissions, school finance tasks, and general office administration.
  • Using SIMS or a similar school management system confidently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a school office essential.
  • Proficiency with SIMS or MIS software.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive and professional approach with great interpersonal skills.
