Senior TA / HLTA – full time
Our Primary school is looking to appoint a committed, energetic and enthusiastic HLTA / Senior TA to play a key role in supporting the provision of quality first teaching to our pupils. You will work with the KS2 Team and the SENCO to plan, organise, and support teaching and learning activities for classes and small groups to ensure pupils make good progress and to cover whole classes on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
Along with other responsibilities, as part of your role you will organise and manage appropriate learning environments and resources. You will plan challenging teaching and learning objectives to evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate. The candidate will monitor and evaluate pupil responses to learning activities through a range of assessment and monitoring strategies against learning objectives.
