PAY: £95–£120 per day (dependent on experience)
CONTRACT: Casual / Flexible

Primary schools across Barking & Dagenham are seeking flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to join their casual support pool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, varied experience, and the chance to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

About the role: Casual Primary Teaching Assistant

· Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
· Work with pupils 1:1, in small groups, or supporting whole-class learning
· Assist teachers with classroom routines, resources, and behaviour management
· Support children with SEN or additional needs where required
· Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion policies
· Work on flexible, day-to-day or short-term assignments
· Choose the days you are available to work

The ideal candidate: Primary Teaching Assistant

· Teaching Assistant qualification preferred
· Minimum of 6 months experience working in a UK primary school is essential
· Confident, proactive, and adaptable in different classroom settings
· Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Reliable, professional, and punctual
· Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
